Detached home located in Toronto, ON
Koryo Interiors designed and renovated this entire home using unique textures, eye catching patterns, and bold colour tones to create a true one-of-a-kind bespoke living space. This work highlights our creativity and vision which allows us to successfully blend multiple styles of designs (in this case: modern, classical, and traditional Asian), all in one project.
Works performed by Koryo Interiors include:
- Kitchen: Removal of existing wall to open up the kitchen space, custom milled cabinets and drawers, installation of granite kitchen countertop, custom milled island with granite countertop, installation of multi-pattern tiles along the kitchen walls, installation of granite floor tiles.
- Washroom: Custom milled lighting fixture, custom milled cabinets (above toilet and sink), installation of new sink with a quartz countertop, installation of new toilet and shower/bathtub, installation of tiles along the walls and on the floor, installation of new ventilation system, installation of mirror.
- Living room: Multi-tone mosaic painting of the walls, custom milled fireplace, custom milled live edge coffee table, installation of hardwood flooring.
- Powder room: Custom milled lighting fixture, installation of new sink with granite countertop and custom milled cabinet, installation of multi-pattern tiles along the walls, installation of granite floor tiles.
- Basement: Multi-tone mosaic painting of the walls, creation of new washroom.
- Moulding: Installation crown and base moulding along the entire house, including in all washrooms and the kitchen.
- Stairs: All of the stairs in this home were refurbished and glass sidings were added.
